First Time Login Instructions

Our new upgraded home and mobile banking system will be available on

April 2nd at approximately 9 AM. If you wish to enroll, you will need to follow the instructions below.

To access the enrollment page on April 2nd

click on one of the new links in the top right

corner of our homepage at www.PowerNetCU.org.

Your account(s) have been assigned an initial default value that you will have to use to enroll in the new PowerNet It’sMe247 Home & Mobile Banking.

Default Username: Your account number (no suffixes; no leading zeros)

Default Password: is a series of numbers consisting of the last 4 digits of your social security number (or Tax ID if appropriate) and your 4 digit birth year. If your account is a business account the birth year is 1900.

First Time Login Instructions:

  1. Type your default username (see above).
  2. Click Login.
  3. Type your default password (see above).
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Create a new, secure password* and type it into each new password field.
  6. Click Change My Password.
  7. Type in the answers to three unique security questions (these are not case-sensitive).
  8.  Click Save My Questions.
  9. Accept the Terms & Conditions of Use (scroll to the bottom of the page to accept).
  10. Create a new personal username and type it in the new username field. (between one and twenty characters; cannot use your first or last name)
  11. Click Change My Username.
  12.  Explore the new virtual banking experience!

*New passwords must meet strong password requirements: 3 out of the 4 following characteristics – lowercase letter, capital letter, symbol, or number.

Once You Have Set Up Your Account…

After your first time accessing PowerNet It’sMe247 Home & Mobile Banking, you will need to enter your new, custom, personal username, not the default username that was used on your first login. You will also need to answer one of your security questions each time you log in as an extra layer of security. If you wish, you can also select the “Hide my Typing” checkbox underneath the password field for added security.
